350g rump steak
In a small plastic bag put in the steak, olive oil and a sprinkle of salt & pepper, shake the bag to combine and set aside. The steak should be at room temperature when it goes on the grill/BBQ.
Meanwhile, in a small pan over medium-low heat melt the butter and stir in the garlic powder and crushed garlic, set aside to cool.
Cook the steak to your liking on the BBQ then let to rest. While resting, re-heat the butter & garlic mixture slightly, turn off the heat and then add in the finely chopped parsley. Brush liberally over the steak and serve with your favourite sides. Enjoy!
