This recipe is mouth-wateringly delicious! Very easy to prepare. Serves 2 as an entree. This recipe is from Anna Gare.
300g piece good quality fillet of beef (I used eye fillet)
Slice beef as thin as possible and put on a platter, sprinkle with the sugar and salt, set aside.
In a bowl mix all the other ingredients apart from the olive oil.
Pour this mixture over the beef and allow to marinade 15-30mins so the beef cooks slightly from the acid in the lemon juice.
Just before serving drizzle with olive oil and garnish with coriander leaves or baby herbs. Enjoy!
